The tasting hall of the wine cellar „Gabrovski“ is the only one in the area and there wine is stored according to the requirements and tastings are made on the spot. The hall has 35 seats and offers tasting of seven types of wines – white, red and dessert, own produce as well as gourmet tasting of seven types of wine with seven kinds of special bits for each wine. The tasting hall of wine cellar „Gabrovski“ offers general tasting of white and red wines selected by the owner or requested by guests. Horizontal Tasting – one type of wine from one harvest of different wine profucers and vertical tasting – one type of wine from different vintages of a single producer. Along with the tastings, the company manager Ilian Gabrovski introduces his guests to the intricacies and secrets of wine making, wine aging, the qualities of different types of wines, as well as the principles of wine tasting, the different stages of tasting and defining characteristics of wine.

Wine tasting in wine cellar „Gabrovski“ are held after a previous appointment for a group of at least 6 people. The tasting lasts about 90 minutes. The cellar also has a toilet.

Option 6 – Price per person – 33.00 leva

Includes tasting of 5 bottled wines 0.75 l. (white, rose, 3 red wines), five kinds of bites, mineral water, bread, lecture.

Option 7 – Price per person – 33.00 leva

Includes tasting of 5 bottled wines 0.75 l. matured in French oak barrels (Taransaud, Sylvain, Saury, SEGUIN MOREAU и Demptos), five kinds of bites, mineral water, bread, lecture.

The tasting is conducted after a preliminary request of a group of not less than 5 people.

Those of our guests that wish to buy some of the wines they liked, they can do that right in the tasting hall, as well as in the cellar’s store, which offers not only wine, but also pieces of art, craft and other products, typical for the customs and traditions of the area.

Our wines are sold in the cellar’s shop in the town of Svishtov, where they shape up their commercial appearance as unique works of art.)
